If you want a simple fun matte look, just follow these instructions and have fun!! Paint your nails one solid color and then paint Essie's Matte About You top coat. Once your nails have dried, take the color you painted your nails with and draw stripes over the matte manicure. Let your nails dry and DON'T use a top coat. Now you have a contrast between the matte base and your glossy design!!!
